Our 5 year wedding anniversary is August 2nd so me and Jonny decided to take a trip to celebrate. We decided on an all inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen. I can't believe it's been 5 years since we said our I Do's. Even crazier I can't believe we have been together for 9 years. Its been quite a journey- and I wouldn't wanna walk it with anyone else. God has given us more than we deserve and we are so thankful for what He has put together. It isn't always easy but its always worth it. We have grown so much in past years- both individually and together. And He continues to mold and shape us everyday. Can't wait for the many more years to come.

We had an amazing trip. I will post each day of our trip separately. Our parents, my sister, and my brother kept the girls while we were gone and we are so thankful for that. The girls loved having a whole week with them. And it was so good to hug their necks when we got home- we missed them so much :)
Day One: Our flight was at 7am so we were up at 5. We landed in Mexico at about 10am. Got to the resort a little before noon. We couldn't get into our room until 3 and it was raining when we got there so we ate lunch, walked around the resort to see where everything was, and then made all our reservations and such. We got into our room, unpacked, showered and took a little nap cause we were exhausted. Then we ate dinner and were in for the rest of the night. We were so tired, we were asleep by 10. We loved the resort and the service, food, pools, and beach were great!
