Happy 4th!!

I love summer.  Laying out.  Swimming.  Fireworks.  Summer nights.  Friends.  Cooking out.  Barbeque.  Vacations.  Late Nights.  Family time.  Ranger games.  This summer has been crazy busy but definitely one we will never forget.  Payton had lots of firsts- first plane ride, first time in the ocean, first vacation, first swimming experience, first time without mommy and daddy for more than 24 hours, and first 4th of July!  I love 4th of July and everything that comes with it- swimming, fireworks, and lots of yummy food!  This 4th was no exception.  We have tons of family in town for Maddie's wedding so it was great fun to have everybody together!  We all swam and cooked out at my parents and then headed to the country club for dinner and fireworks later that night.  We were really bummed we didn't get to see Donna and Scott though!  Payton was a trooper that day.  She swam all day and LOVED it.  She did pretty well during dinner and did amazing during the fireworks.  I thought I was gong to have to make a dart for the door when they started but she sat in my dads lap outside and watched the whole thing (well she fell asleep towards the end).  She did great.  Once we got in the car after 10 she immediately passed out!  We really enjoyed being together as a family.  Here are some pics of our day:
